Symphony Systems'
eSES product is an external version of the Symphony Equipment Server.
It provides equipment manufacturers with the standard, off-the-shelf solution
for TCP/IP connectivity to the semiconductor equipment and sensors, and
it offers an immediate implementation for compliance with e-diagnostics
platform. Fabs can use eSES to connect the installed equipment base
and new tools to the integrated network.
eSES is licensed
in a variety of product configurations to provide the best
solution for each customer. The Equipment Definition File describes the
data available from the tool, and is easily generated for each tool from
the manufacturer's documentation. eSES is distributed on a CD ROM with
complete documentation that includes:
